Thank you for taking such good care of Olivia, she has always thoroughly enjoyed her time with you.  I have never worried about leaving her, knowing that she has been left in very capable hands, receiving kindness, patience and cuddles in HUGE abundance. Before sending both my children to Hoots I looked closely at many nurseries, but when I saw the staff working with the children I felt that Hoots has that extra “family feel” making it stand out from the rest and making it that extra special.
